Results of processing of raw cotton The processing of raw cotton of the 2020 season has been completed at the cotton ginning plants of Bukhoro Agroklaster LLC. According to the 2020 harvest, cotton ginning enterprises procured 139.4 thousand tons of raw cotton. From processed raw cotton, 49.7 thousand tons of fiber, 73.2 thousand tons of cotton seeds, 4.6 thousand tons of lint were produced. Thanks to the improvement of raw cotton processing technology, the fiber yield was 35.9%, which is 0.3% more than in the previous year. The quality indicator of cotton fiber was 100%, compared to the 2019 harvest, the share of cotton fiber of the "oliy" class increased by 0.1% and amounted to 95.1%. The yield of cotton seeds was 52.8%, which is 0.1% more than last year. An increase in the yield of lint was also achieved in comparison with the indicators of 2019 by 0.3%. In general, in 2020, cotton ginning enterprises of Bukhoro Agroklaster LLC produced industrial products worth 834,427.0 million soums, the growth rate was 117.6% compared to 2019. In the first quarter of 2021, the volume of industrial products produced by the enterprises of Bukhoro Agrocluster LLC amounted to 370 106.0 million soums, or 4.8% more compared to the same period last year.
