The Kogon and Shofirkon cotton gin enterprises of “Bukhoro Agroсluster” LLC are successfully implementing a system of accounting, end-to-end numbering and separation of cotton fiber based on the results of tests on instrumental quality assessment systems.
Ensuring the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 28, 2017 No- PP-3408 "On measures to radically improve the management system of the cotton industry", together with the specialists of LLC "Pakhta ilmiy-Innovation Markazi", a set of measures for the implementation of this innovative system has been developed and implemented, allowing the transition to the accounting and identification system adopted in world practice.
The transition to the system of identification and accounting of cotton fiber allowed manufacturers to improve the exchange of information data between processors, buyers and consumers, as well as automate the accounting of all manufactured products and simplify operations related to warehousing, sorting and shipping, increase the attractiveness for buyers.
The use of this system ensures accurate accounting of the generated bales, the possibility of computer processing and transmission of information about the quantity and quality of fiber at cotton mills and the terminal, use this information in mutual settlements, and complete batches of cotton fiber of uniform quality.
In the near future, it is planned to introduce this system at other cotton-cleaning enterprises of LLC “Bukhoro Agrocluster”.
