The "Day of Agricultural Workers" and the harvest festival were widely celebrated in the Bukhara region. Events dedicated to this holiday were held at the “Bukhara-Varnet” LLC enterprise in the Bukhara district.
The event was attended by managers and employees of cotton and textile clusters and farms who have achieved high productivity in the field of agriculture in the region, advanced household workers, scientists, irrigators, machine operators, agronomists, as well as representatives of the general public.
The governor of the region, Botir Zaripov, spoke at the event and congratulated the audience on the day of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as on the successes of agricultural workers and their achievements on the ground.
On the occasion of the harvest festival, a group of Bukharians were awarded badges on the occasion of many years of selfless work in the field of agriculture, the well-being of our people, great achievements in promoting the economic power and export potential of our country and the day of agricultural workers.
In addition, advanced farmers who achieved high performance and made a significant contribution to the development of the cotton, grain and cotton spinning industry, in general, those who contributed to the development of the agricultural sector, were awarded a certificate of honor from the regional Council of People's Deputies and valuable gifts.
The concert program, which was presented by famous masters of arts of the Republic and the region, shared pleasure and enthusiasm with the participants of the harvest festival.
