The head of LLC “Bukhoro Agroсluster”, which includes about fifty production enterprises in its system, Azamat Sultanov, who was awarded the honorary title "Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan" in accordance with the Presidential Decree on the eve of the 32nd anniversary of independence of our country, exactly ten days ago, at the specialized school of the Agency of Educational Institutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Peshkun district of Bukhara region, I met face to face with representatives of enterprising businessmen and in a confidential conversation with them shared my experience in implementing multidisciplinary promising business projects.
In accordance with the appeals and demands of entrepreneurs from the Peshkun district, the head of LLC “Bukhoro Agroсluster” Azamat Sultanov met with representatives of entrepreneurs today in the meeting room of the district khokimiyat. In a friendly dialogue, a comprehensive solution was found to the problems of entrepreneurs facing various difficulties or obstacles in their activities, while the multidisciplinary working style of the agro cluster, the results achieved in agricultural and industrial topics, rational labor productivity provided material benefits to the teams.
It should be noted that, despite the fact that LLC “Bukhara Agroсluster” was created only four years ago, the efficiency of work in it today looks significant, it is worthy of recognition that it is working towards ensuring that the table of our people is full, people's lives are prosperous. Consequently, cotton textile, spinning and knitting factories, creameries, trade and service enterprises, as well as enterprises specializing in the production of building materials are currently owned by a multidisciplinary agrocluster in remote areas.
Entrepreneur Azamat Sultanov, awarded the honorary title of "Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan", one of the highest awards of our state, spoke about the difficulties and hardships experienced during his career in the company of Peshkun entrepreneurs, about the importance of the projects he carried out.
In particular, the production of milk processing and packaging was established at the enterprise "Bukhoro Agrocluster DZZ". Based on many years of experience, this enterprise is a striking example of the presence of large unused opportunities in the field. We are well aware that there are a lot of undeveloped and ownerless lands in agriculture, to which water is inaccessible. But in order to turn them into a real source of income, it will take a lot of effort. To this end, the development of an orphan territory, the construction of a modern complex on it, the processing of 22 thousand tons of milk per year at the enterprise established in 2021, the employment of about 150 specialist workers is an indicator of potential and prospects in this regard.
There are more than 40 types of products produced at this enterprise, such as kefir, milk, cheese, yogurt, cream, sour cream, and all this thanks to stable service by a workforce of 150 people. Another of the entities whose activities are expanding, material interest is increasing, is LLC “Bukhoro Agroсluster-Chorva”. In it, the development of the livestock complex, the care of breeding cattle, as well as the cultivation of feed products by the method of intensive hydroponics, the introduction of the possibility of growing 7 kilograms of "green feed" from 1 kilogram of wheat is not only regional, but also such an experience that there is no comparison in our republic. This style of work, first of all, provides a convenient opportunity to properly organize the care of breeding cattle in the livestock complex, put the production of meat and dairy products on stable rails, working on the basis of economic economy. Ultimately, this allows you to cut costs by three times.
In a dialogue with the entrepreneurs of the district, the head of the agrocluster Azamat Sultanov expressed his opinion about the important tasks facing the representatives of the business class today, the advantages and opportunities created by the head of state for business representatives, promising projects implemented to ensure the material benefits of the population, our compatriots. He noted that every entrepreneur today should use all his strength and capabilities to ensure the well-being of our people's lives.
At a meeting with the head of a large agricultural cluster, a local entrepreneur, the head of the “Mirzobobur dalalari” farm, Mirzohid Asrorov, was satisfied with the solution found for his appeal.
— For many years we have been growing cotton and grain on the territory of "Peshku", on 32 hectares of land, and we have laid out a vegetable garden on another 2.5 hectares, - says farmer Mirzohid Asrorov. — But since there has been an increasing shortage of water in recent years, we decided to install a drainage well next to the former machine and tractor point "Madaniyat" in order to carry out agrotechnical measures efficiently and on time. To do this, we took a loan of 32 million in the district branch of the People's Bank, drilled a well by lowering a 200-millimeter pipe into it, received the necessary equipment and equipment. Now we can afford to buy pumps, pipes and other equipment. During the dialogue with the head of the agro cluster, we agreed to transfer 30 million soums to the account of our farm. This support will soon serve to increase the weight of the harvest in our farm.
