The enterprise was established in accordance with the decree of the Head of our state “On measures to further ensure the country's food security” dated January 16, 2018. It fully integrates all technological chains, from breeding large black cattle to deep processing of their milk.
In particular, the company invested 6 million US dollars to implement a project for the production of milk and dairy products, and a modern production facility was built on an area of 2.6 hectares belonging to the former Kamaz Center enterprise in Bukhara, which had not been operating for 15 years and had become abandoned. 2 new buildings were built in this large production complex.
The existing production building here was equipped with the most modern technological lines, equipment and machines manufactured by leading companies in the food industry in Italy and Russia.
The equipment installed by the company has the capacity to process 60 tons of milk per day and operates under the “Lattico” brand.
The guests were closely acquainted with the work process here. They also inspected the activities of the soil analysis laboratory, which was established to study the soils of the cultivated areas and increase soil fertility. Within a short period of time after the establishment of this laboratory, appropriate samples were taken from the cultivated areas, and based on their analysis, conclusions and recommendations were prepared on soil cultivation, improving their composition, fertilization and leaching, and now it is necessary to further expand the scope of these analyzes.
For these purposes, the laboratory's soil scientists are carrying out specific work to expand the scope of soil analysis in the cultivated areas of the Bukhara region using the “Agro Smart Map” digital agricultural platform.
Accordingly, the laboratory area was expanded and equipped with a number of additional new, modern foreign equipment necessary for agrochemical analysis of soil and plants when conducting research on fertilizer application, crop rotation, soil cultivation, plant irrigation regime, etc.
The guests were told about the laboratory's operating system, its advantages, as well as the next projects of the Bukhara Agrocluster.
