Posturing by the Minister of the livestock complex

Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aziz Voitov got acquainted with the activities of LLC "Bukhoro agrocluster Chorva".

During the visit, it was noted that, despite the fact that only three years have passed since the creation of this livestock complex, today it is an example for other livestock complexes of the republic. It is here that you will see that the ability to implement scientific developments and innovations is a determining factor in the future prospects of the livestock sector. Caring for cattle by staging music, strict compliance with hygienic requirements when feeding them, and a special feeding diet have been carefully put into practice here. For entrepreneurs, such work seemed difficult to master. But time has passed. Today's entrepreneurs are keeping up with the times. The farm of LLC "Bukhoro agrocluster Chorva" uses the latest methods of cattle breeding. And it lies in the fact that the introduction of innovations on optimal conditions gives impetus to the further development of this direction. Today, the livestock complex contains a total of 3,000 heads of dairy and meat cattle. Of these, 1000 heads are dairy cows of Holstein, Simmental and Swedish breeds. To organize breeding breeding work on a large scale, cattle of Angus and Belgian breeds are now also imported and bred here.

An average of 28 liters and a total of 28 tons of milk per day were received from one head of a cash cow.

In addition, in order to combine science and practice in the livestock complex operating under the "farm to table" system, a "school of animal husbandry" was established in cooperation with the State Committee for Veterinary Medicine and Livestock Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Zootechnicians and veterinarians working in the Bukhara region are qualified at this school.

Specialists conduct educational work using the method of a scientific approach to practice. All conditions are created here for professionals who develop their skills in a modern innovative way.

In particular, the digitized milking parlor is also imported from Turkey, and, for example, the milk of each dairy cow displays information about the physiological state of cows on a computer.

This complex operates in the form of a "Smart livestock complex". Jaguar combines, a modern laboratory for the analysis of feed and dairy products, as well as mixers for the preparation and transportation of feed have been digitized and imported from Turkey from modern equipment for the care of cattle and their feeding.

It can also be seen that the dairy productivity of dairy cows has increased as a result of caring for cattle to classical music based on international experience, and the daily growth of young calves is at a level exceeding the norms of live weight growth.

The established school of animal husbandry serves livestock complexes organized by all cotton and textile clusters of the republic, as well as livestock farms for the training of qualified specialists.

Since the livestock complex is organized at the cotton-textile cluster, the powerful nutrients necessary to strengthen the feed base are supplied at reduced prices, which, of course, leads to cheaper milk.

Green fodder is also grown here by intensive hydroponics method, growing 7 kg of green fodder from 1 kg of wheat or 3 tons of 800 kg per day.

In addition, in order to strengthen the livestock feed base, the livestock complex has been allocated 400 hectares of fodder arable land, which is sown with corn for alfalfa, silage and cereals, as well as rye and triticale from intermediate crops.
