On November 28, 2022, the opening ceremony of a new, modernly equipped oil and fat enterprise was held in the Peshkunsky district. The event was attended by the Governor of the Bukhara region B.Zaripov, General Director of LLC “Bukhara Agroclater” A.Sultanov, representatives of the regional community, members of the labor collective.
The launch of the enterprise will be important in providing food to the population of the region.
This enterprise was developed by “Bukhara Agroсluster” LLC on the basis of a modern project "Organization of a complex for the extraction of fat and oil products" worth 4,4 million US dollars within the framework of the territorial investment program of this year and built at the expense of the cluster's own funds in the amount of 3,2 million US dollars and 10 billion soums of the Agrobank loan.
The technological line of the enterprise is equipped with modern equipment purchased for 1.8 million US dollars, imported from Ukraine and China. The enterprise will process 50 thousand tons of raw materials per year, including 35 thousand tons of technical seeds, from which 11 thousand tons of high-quality oil, 29 thousand tons of meal, 20 thousand tons of husks and other fat-and-oil products will be produced.
