The “Bukhara Agroсluster DZZ” LLC, with a processing capacity of 60 tons of milk per day, launched in May this year in the city of Bukhara, is carrying out important work to provide the population of the region with high-quality dairy products.
68 types of high-quality fermented milk and other products under the “LATTICO” brand are produced on modern technological lines imported and installed from Italy. The company mainly processes milk produced in the livestock complex of Bukhara Agroсluster Сhorva” LLC.
Until November 1, 2022, the company received 2 000 tons of milk, from which pasteurized milk was produced – 200,1 tons, kefir, yogurt, ayran – 241,5 tons, sour cream and cream – 143,4 tons, butter – 12,3 tons, cheese and cottage cheese – 120,6 tons and other dairy products.
More than 100 skilled workers work in the production. It is planned to create 55 additional jobs in the future to increase production volumes.
The company's team is making every effort to produce another 1000 tons of processed dairy products at the enterprise by the end of this year.
