An automatic accounting and end-to-end numbering system has been introduced in the seed preparation workshop in Gijduvan. Using the end-to-end numbering console, barcode tags are printed with all information about reproduction, selection, seed batch, germination, gross and net weight. Data on the operation of the workshop and the number/weight of seeds produced are available online.
In the future, of “Bukhoro Agroсluster” LLC it is planned to develop specialized software that will allow for operational accounting of seeds not only in the seed preparation shop, but also in the places of storage and distribution of seeds to farms (shakhobchakh). Ideally, the system will be brought to the level where in the “Agro Smart Map Uz” system it will be possible to track by barcode tags on which contours seeds of a particular selection, reproduction, of what quality and in what quantity are sown.
In general, the introduction of an improved technology for the preparation of bare cotton seeds will achieve the following results:
- ensuring the production of high-quality bare cotton seeds;
- accurate accounting of prepared seeds in the workshop, the possibility of computer processing and transmission of information about the quantity and quality of seeds, the use of this information in the implementation of customers.
