In the Bukhara region in 2023 years, seeds were sown for the cotton harvest on an area of 96220 hectares, from which it is planned to receive about 400 thousand tons of raw cotton.
Mobile arbitration groups have been established in the Bukhara Regional Department of "Uzagroinspektsii" under the Ministry of Agriculture in order to review the fulfillment of contractual obligations for the cultivation and acceptance of cotton products by 3019 farms and 10 cluster enterprises in the Bukhara region, to reduce losses, prevent potential damage and resolve disputes on the spot.
A training seminar on the acceptance of raw cotton based on state standards was organized on the basis of JSC "Gijduvon pakhta tozalash" LLC "Bukhoro Agrocluster" with the participation of commodity experts, heads of laboratories of cotton points, responsible employees of relevant organizations and institutions of cotton and textile clusters of the region.
