"We will use all our strength and opportunities to improve the lives of our people"

     At one time, there was almost no idea that there were sustainable jobs in agriculture. There would only be seasonal jobs. To date, the cluster system has become the solution to a number of similar problems. To be honest, we have been working in risk-based agriculture for many years. Water consumption, attitude to the land — in none of them did we rely on scientific and innovative methods, using only stagnant experience, did not apply knowledge in practice. When the cluster system was created at the initiative of the head of state, the industry was given ample opportunities. At the same time, we were faced with such large-scale tasks as the creation of a diversified system.

     In order to make the most of the opportunities that have opened up, we needed to conduct research and introduce advanced international technologies in the agricultural sector. Reforms in this regard have given us strength. Today's period has brought us the condition to be progressive in all aspects, to become a businessman, both a specialist and an entrepreneur, which is a prerequisite for conducting research.

     Despite the fact that only four years have passed since the foundation of our cluster, we are glad that the results we have achieved today look significant, we are working to make our people's table full and their lives more prosperous. Consequently, now there are about fifty manufacturing enterprises in the diversified Bukhoro Agroсluster system, including cotton textile, spinning and knitting factories in remote areas, creameries, subjects of trade and service, as well as enterprises specializing in the production of building materials.

     In particular, the production of milk processing and packaging was established at the enterprise "Bukhoro Agroсluster DZZ". Based on many years of experience, we can say that there are still many untapped opportunities in the region, lands that have not been developed in agriculture or are ownerless. But we also know very well that it is necessary to make a lot of efforts to make them a real source of income. To do this, having attracted all the forces and mechanisms, they mastered the ownerless territory and built a modern complex on it. The fact that today the enterprise, which entered into operation in 2021, processes 22 thousand tons of milk per year, certainly testifies to the potential and prospects in this regard.

     There are more than 40 types of products prepared at this enterprise, such as kefir, milk, cheese, yogurt, cream, sour cream, and all this thanks to the stable service of a workforce of 150 people. It is worth noting that such examples, whose activities are expanding, material interest is increasing, can be calculated more adequately. With the increase in the scale of work and income, the expansion of cluster activities, all services, efforts to meet needs at the expense of our capabilities are a factor in our achievements.

     As we all know, the salinity level of the cultivated areas of the Bukhara region is slightly higher than in other regions. This situation dictates the need for soil analysis and, accordingly, reasonable measures. That is, by carefully studying the chemical composition of this resource and thereby properly supporting the needs of plants in mineral and organic fertilizers, it will be possible to increase yields and further income. Considering this requirement, we have also created a modern laboratory that determines the productivity of land plots in the enterprise system.

     Also, the cultivation of feed products by the method of intensive hydroponics has been established in LLC "Bukhoro Agroсluster-Chorva" in the system of our enterprise, the possibility of growing 7 kilograms of "green feed" from 1 kilogram of wheat is being mastered. This style of work, first of all, provides a convenient opportunity to properly organize the care of breeding cattle in the livestock complex, put the production of meat and dairy products on stable rails, working on the basis of economic economy. Ultimately, this allows you to cut costs by three times.

     In the following years, a radical change in the attitude towards entrepreneurs, close assistance to representatives of the business class at the level of our state and government, the creation of favorable conditions give strength and high potential for mental performance to most business representatives. During an open conversation with entrepreneurs, such thoughts flew out of my head: not to mention that the head of state would solve the problem that once tormented you, you would not even dare to reach the local khokimiyat. Because no one would even listen to you anyway. Now the head of state himself addressed us directly and said: "What's the problem, what kind of opportunity is needed?" - he says. This means a great incentive and support. During the dialogue, the mechanisms of financial support for clusters were highlighted, such as further expansion, allocation of a loan in the amount of 3 trillion. soums for a period of one and a half years to replenish working capital. For an entrepreneur who says that I will work, expand my activities, this is, of course, a huge opportunity. But, undoubtedly, the responsibility for this is increasing.

 

     When the head of our state presented me with the badge of the honorary title "Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan", I felt the need to be more active for the development of the industry, to justify this trust. Of course, responding to this trust with decent work, we will not spare all our efforts and opportunities on a kind and noble path to further improve the lives of our people, to make a certain contribution to the development of our society.
