As part of the program of the demonstration republican seminar in the Bukhara region, the next address of its participants on August 12 of this year was the AZTEX sewing factory for 1200 jobs in the Shofirkonsky district.
The founder of the company, Azamat Sultanov, told the guests in detail about the idea of organizing the project and the company's activities.
The activity of the integrated complex with modern sewing workshops, warehouses of raw materials and finished products, offices and outbuildings made a great impression on the participants.
Serious interest among the participants was aroused by a large promising project implemented at this enterprise for the processing of cotton raw materials into finished products. They exchanged views on the quality of products, the company's projects implemented in the future, the geography of exports, sources of raw materials.
It should be noted that this enterprise, measuring 120 by 108 meters, built at the rural gathering of citizens “Gulistan”, is equipped with modern sewing equipment and machine tools built according to the technology of the Turkish state. The total cost of the project is estimated at 50 billion 700 million soums.
660 modern sewing machines worth $14 billion 170 million purchased from Japan were installed at this enterprise, and even more funds were allocated for the purchase of necessary equipment. The company operates 22 group sewing lines, each of which consists of 30 sewing machines. In this process, funds in the amount of 10 billion 900 million are spent on raw materials–semi-finished products - fabric, which is necessary for production.
The beginning of the activity of this large manufacturing enterprise in the district is a special innovation in the economic and social life of the region. The reason is that thanks to this enterprise, more than 1200 women seamstresses of the district acquired a job, dozens, hundreds of families were financially interested.
The seminar participants also paid special attention to these aspects.
