Khudaiberdiev visited vocational school No. 2 of the Vobkent district and got acquainted with the conditions existing in it, training and production classes, training workshops.
The regional project of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) entitled "Reform of the vocational education system of Uzbekistan and support for modernization processes" serves to coordinate the process of vocational education and training in accordance with the needs of the labor market, the introduction of a national system of bilateral vocational education and training that complies with international standards and corresponds to the Central Asian region, and also serves to further develop vocational education, industry, light industry and textiles in rural areas.
During the visit, international experts also got acquainted with the activities of Vobkent Tola Cluster and Equatorial Chodak limited liability companies. An agreement was reached on the consistent development of coordinated cooperation in the field of personnel training between the vocational school and the limited liability companies "Vobkent Tola Cluster" and "Equatorial Chodak". According to the agreement, the training of specialists will be carried out between the vocational school and "Royal Garments" LLC with the relevant manufacturing enterprises based on the system of dual education in the professions "tailor", "spinner" and "making patterns in sewing" from the 2023-2024 academic year.
The guests visited the educational and practical learning process, as well as the family enterprise "Khamroev Parvina", which operates in the field of tailoring of the "Royal Garments" LLC network, as well as the national gold embroidery production organized at the educational institution.
As recognized in the conclusion, it is very important to use foreign experience in the system of vocational education. Therefore, it is no less desirable that active cooperation be established in this process with the most developed countries of the world, in particular, with specialized sectoral services in the German education system. In professional educational institutions, the main goal was to train competitive mid-level specialists by harmonizing theoretical and practical knowledge, introducing a practice-oriented system of dual education and training using modern technologies.
